Frequently Asked Questions
What is turnkey data center decommissioning?
Turnkey data center decommissioning is the coordinated shutdown, disconnection, removal, asset recovery, and recycling of all critical power, cooling, and infrastructure systems in preparation for facility demolition or repurposing.
Do you work with demolition contractors?
Yes. We coordinate directly with demolition and electrical contractors to sequence removals safely and efficiently, ensuring the facility is ready for demolition.
Can asset recovery offset demolition costs?
In many cases, resale of usable equipment such as UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and chillers can significantly offset decommissioning and demolition costs.
